Great to be back once again..

The apartment and communication were both great! Patrick was quickly reachable, willing to compromise, respectful and friendly. All the necessary information was provided to me right at the beginning and the apartment was in very good condition. The location on the Rhine is very nice for walking and the bus stop to the train station is right outside the door. Very comfortable all around.

We felt very comfortable. Great starting point for excursions into the countryside and to Aschaffenburg. There's plenty of room for the six of us. Barbecuing on the roof terrace was even possible in light rain. The host is very nice. We would book again.

We found a nice, clean apartment. Construction work was taking place in the hallway. The location is very central. Only a short distance to the bus stop and supermarket. Many places of interest are within walking distance. Very nice old houses, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Directly opposite you could order food and eat in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there were no wipes for cleaning. Two bedrooms on the upper floor can only be reached via a very narrow staircase without a railing. There was a rope to pull up. Not suitable for older people. In the smallest bedroom on the ground floor, there were 10 pillows on the bed. Where do you put it when you want to sleep? The living area was spacious and the two bathrooms large enough ... with shower or shower bath. Overall, a nice short break. Thank you.

Ver nice place, u have everything next your hand, grocery stores, pizza and döner behind the corner. right next to river if you want go for a walk. also good place for active people becouse of the gym, boxing club few minutes by foot. House is perfectly fitted for 1 person, quiet, separated kitchen and room, Wifi is on the spot, first housing with good network. The money you pay worth it.

We stayed at the place for two nights. We were traveling with five adults, one toddler, and two small children. Everyone felt totally comfortable and didn't miss anything. From the communication in advance to the arrival, everything was completely well regulated and very loving. All the people we met on the farm were very open-minded and super nice. Our two youngest fellow travelers also felt very comfortable and will not forget the stay so quickly. Especially for families, the accommodation offers a retreat after beautiful day trips in the area. Everything is quite quickly accessible by car. We can only recommend the place. Thank you for the great accommodation.

We loved staying in Kirschhofen. Stefan welcomed us personally and showed us everything. It is as described in the photos and very clean. Many thanks from the Schmidt family.

Nice quiet place and spacious for multiple people. Very walkable area to the river and a couple of restaurants and bakeries all around. Enjoyed my stay and it was well worth the price.

We had a wonderful weekend with a group of women in this house and enjoyed every minute. The huge garden with numerous seating options is an absolute dream! But we also enjoyed the house with its bright rooms, many bathrooms and open spaces incredibly. It was perfectly clean, top equipped and super cozy. The area invites you to take small walks and hikes. Absolutely recommended!

We felt very comfortable in Katja's house. We were there over New Year's Eve with 11 people and everything was as described. Above all, the very well-equipped kitchen with the industrial dishwasher was very convenient for us. The communication in advance was super friendly, Katja was accessible at all times and responded promptly. Check in and check out also worked smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

Nice place in a quiet location that offers a lot. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 10 people over Easter and had booked two independent apartments. The apartments were clean and especially the bathrooms sparkling clean. Great is that it is double rooms with a very large bed, so couples always have their own retreat - we quickly got used to the themed rooms:) The house with the apartments is very quiet, but at the same time you can easily drive to Limburg by car, for example. We liked it very much and we would come back anytime - thank you!

Beautiful place and a great location!

We had spent a furniture weekend at the property and were more than satisfied. Very nice cozy house . Lovingly furnished and well equipped. Everything is plentiful in the kitchen Water was within walking distance. For the children, there was even a great playground in the holiday village. Host very friendly Conclusion: Highly recommended, 5/5 stars

We enjoyed our stay at Florence's place. The accommodation and its location are great for relaxing for a few days and also doing something. From thermal baths, hikes and castle visits, everything is included. Gladly again!

We felt comfortable with Bettina right now. The roof terrace is the absolute hit :) Bettina was super helpful and always super accessible. Absolutely recommended.

Stayed at Claudia’s place for 6 nights and had a fantastic stay. The place looks just like or better than in the photos and was very peaceful. Claudia is very responsive and friendly as a host and strives to provide a great experience. There was a problem with the front door lock prior to me checking in but she ensured she stayed and got it resolved before handing over the keys to me. Will definitely be returning when I get the chance!

We were there for one night. Amenities and cleanliness of the apartment were great. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Older but lovely little villa that is quietly located. Parking in the street can be difficult, but Thomas offers parking in the yard, which is great. Due to the key safe, check-in is totally easy and we found everything immediately. I also met his employees, who is also very friendly. We all slept great. For us, the beds were great, which you don't always have at Airbnbs. The large bathroom was clean, the shower is relatively new. The rest of the bathroom is allowed to get a makeover, as it stopped in the '60s/' 70s. But maybe it also had the right flair. Everything was functional. With the small TV we had our problems in the service. But this was not so important to us, otherwise we would have contacted Thomas right away. Maybe add a small user manual here... but maybe it was also up to us...hahaha.

Great Host very friendly and We had everything that we needed there. I love the location because I grew up in this area too. I highly recommend this place.
