Excursion destinations: Dümmer (about 11 km by bike) Dammer and Stemweder mountains

Ground-level and barrier-free apartment in Lohne, Kroge district (right on the Jakobsweg). The apartment is located on the edge of the forest in direct vicinity to St. Anna Stift. Bakery and pizzeria are right next door. The apartment is in the center of the village of Kroge directly on the bike path to Lake Dümmer. The Dümmer is about 12 km away and can be reached quickly by bicycle. Ideal for pilgrims, visitors to the nursing home or even fitters who like to cook themselves. Four-legged friends are also welcome.

Apartment in Damme

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. Down the hill, beautiful idyllic paths invite you to bike and hike.

Cozy modern bungalow 2021-2022 rebuild bungalow for 4 people, modern with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area and covered outdoor terrace. Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Spacious attic apartment in a bungalow with its own staircase from the common hallway. The house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town and is an ideal starting point for bike tours (e.g. to Lake Dümmer or to the zoo in the neighboring village) or for crane watching in the adjacent moors. Likewise, the apartment is suitable for fitters or professionals, for example, as a transitional solution (also for longer periods).

Bright and friendly rooms with a great view of the southern Wiehen Hills await you. Many hiking trails can be used around the house.

The 120 sqm apartment is half of a farmhouse from 1898 and has been renovated. Surrounded by fields, the house is in a secluded location and is perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. There is a garden with terrace and also a grill available on request. From the south terrace you can see over fields to the nearby Wiehn Mountains.
