This apartment with its own entrance, large garden and terrace is a natural recreational oasis with a natural design, warming light, which results from the clay plaster and large windows. Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. The house is idyllic, but you can still reach shops and the medical center in the village by car in a few minutes. Bike tours and hikes are just fun here, bathing lakes are nearby. The surrounding restaurants are highly recommended. Dogs are welcome (not in the beds) if they are calm and non-aggressive (please no puppies). We have three very agreeable and lovely female dogs of our own.

The apartment has an unsurpassed climate due to its wooden construction, in addition, only anti-allergic mattresses are available. The 25 sqm terrace invites you to long breakfast. Even in "shooting weather" this is no problem as the terrace is covered. A grill is available, and there is also a built-in sauna.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

You'll never want to leave this charming tent. The tent is fully furnished, a full kitchen and a "big green egg" to prepare the most delicious meals. If you don't feel like cooking at the end of your day, I'd be happy to do it for you! I also want to make breakfast for you while you enjoy the morning sun and the chirping of the birds. There is a shower and toilet in the farmhouse 20 steps away for your own use.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend community. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings and very well equipped. It's heavenly there in every season and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
