Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Enjoy the peace and quiet in this spacious, clay-plastered accommodation. This apartment with its own entrance, large garden and terrace is a natural recreational oasis with a natural design, warming light, which results from the clay plaster and large windows. The gallery gives the apartment a spacious feeling with views of the dike and river. Ein fast barrierefreies ruhiges Ferienhaus direkt am eigenen See und weniger als 5 Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung hat durch seine Holzbauweise ein unübertreffliches Klima, darüber hinaus sind ausschließlich Antiallergiker Matratzen vorhanden. Die 25 qm-große Terrasse lädt zum langen Frühstücken ein. Selbst bei „Schietwetter“ ist dies kein Problem, da die Terrasse überdacht ist. Ein Grill steht bereit, außerdem ist eine Sauna eingebaut.

Charmingly furnished apartment in a listed fully renovated Gulfhof. The apartment (about 75-80 square meters) is in a quiet location of a small village with fewer than 100 inhabitants. It is the ideal starting point for - Walks (500 m walk to the river "Ems") - Cycling tours (directly on the Fehn and Dollart route) - Ship transfers of ships from the Meyer shipyard. Haus Eichenwall

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. The house is idyllic, but you can still reach shops and the medical center in the village by car in a few minutes. Bike tours and hikes are just fun here, bathing lakes are nearby. The surrounding restaurants are highly recommended. Dogs are welcome (not in the beds) if they are calm and non-aggressive (please no puppies). We have three very agreeable and lovely female dogs of our own.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Beautifully luxuriously furnished tent in the countryside

You'll never want to leave this charming tent. The tent is fully furnished, a full kitchen and a "big green egg" to prepare the most delicious meals. If you don't feel like cooking at the end of your day, I'd be happy to do it for you! I also want to make breakfast for you while you enjoy the morning sun and the chirping of the birds. There is a shower and toilet in the farmhouse 20 steps away for your own use.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
