Holiday rentals with beach access in Westhampton

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in late May. The complimentary beach pass parking is nice, would love to have been here in the summertime. Cozy bed and very clean place. TV has all the apps. Food in the area was a bit hit or miss but I suppose it is the Hamptons.

We had such a great time at this spot! Super convenient with easy access to grocery store, restaurants, train, ferry, etc. The spot was also very clean and had everything we needed. We felt right at home and had a lovely and relaxing weekend getaway.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. The space was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable and clean, but not luxurious. Has everything you need for a short stay. I especially appreciated the free on-site parking spot. I would stay here again.

Bob, Dawn, and their dog, Cooper were the greatest hosts! We felt welcomed from the moment we got there until the moment we left. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and the shared spaces outside were very serene. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. We will be back for sure

From the moment we booked, to the moment we left, John was quick to respond, extremely personable and honest. This was our first experience with an AirBNB. We sincerely hope all hosts are as accurate and honest. The house is a perfect getaway. A very quiet neighborhood with a back yard is tranquil. John and his partners truly thought of everything. Do not hesitate to rent this beauty.

Beautiful layout and views: The living room extends to an expansive harbor view as we opened the door. When we turn around the lofty A frame transitions into the bedroom connected by a wooden spiral stair. Interior appliances are good and functional. Plenty of Pillows and blankets to get cozy. The Weber Grill is great to use. We used public transport and Uber and it was pretty easy to get around - 15 mins to nearby scenes and restaurants.

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

The Coastal Oasis was perfect for a weekend girls trip! The house was spotless and had a very cozy feel to it. Bedrooms were large with lots of closet space. It was the perfect home for coastal getaway!

My friends and I had a great stay at Harry’s place for my birthday! We were greeted with a welcome basket and everything looked exactly like the pictures. The backyard space was my favorite part!

The Beach Plumb was lovely! Everything was as advertised. The distance to town and the beach, the spacious layout, and the amenities are among the things that made our stay great

The location is fantastic, the beach is wide, sandy, well kept, with a couple bar/restaurants just a short walk. The room is compact but was very clean with a comfy bed and good water pressure for showering off the sand. Host is responsive. Checkin instructions are clear and worth paying close attention to the because the blocks between shore rd and the beach only interconnect within each beach club.

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!

While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.
