A great setting for a large family gathering. Lots for everyone in the family to do from the kids to the grandparents. The kids especially loved the puppets and playing hide and seek in the house. Tony was flexible with check in as our flight arrived earlier than originally expected. Would highly recommend 😊

A happy annual reunion weekend with friends. This was a great spot that was comfortable and clean and had all the conveniences we needed. We even got so lucky with the weather to be able to use the deck looking out onto the water. Good times.

We stay at Patti's place twice a year for a time of reflection. The location is peaceful and restful, right on the water. Patti always has a plate of cookies waiting for us and lets us know about any changes. We had a cold, wet first day, so were particularly delighted to be able to use the new gas fireplace, which kept everything warm and cozy. We're booked in for late fall already!

Four adult ladies enjoyed this beautiful home in the perfect location for our best friend’s weekend trip! House was clean, had everything we needed, all 4 beds are very comfortable and rooms spacious! AJ was very responsive and attentive to our requests . We visited several vineyards in the area during our stay and loved all host recommendations (Borghese Vineyard, Rose Hill & Sparkling Pointe were our top favs!), Centro 336 is the perfect spot for a delicious dinner, Hampton Maid literally best brunch and Hampton Coffee Company is our top choice for a caffeine fix! Tony’s Asian Fusion via Uber Eats hit the spot on our 1st night in after long drive. It was also beneficial to have a few supermarkets, Dollar Tree and other stores within a mile of the property , to grab a forgotten item {or 2 as we did!}! We also used North Fork Designator Driver services for vineyard trips, highly recommend! Love this location and grateful for the amenities and privacy it offered us!

Beautiful home- everything appeared brand new and in excellent condition. Courtney was great to communicate with- and kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since the place was open. We are definitely hoping to come back again!

My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

Our family spent a great weekend here. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own, and everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything we could have needed was there. The hot tub was lovely both nights, and the pool area looks pretty though was not yet opened for the season. This is a perfect spot to bring your family, to relax, and enjoy all that the Hamptons, and Hampton Bays has to offer. We hope to return soon!

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved staying at Christine’s beautiful home! The place was immaculate, and we particularly enjoyed the pool and fire pit. The location was perfect—situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants, and within walking distance of the water. Christine was an amazing host, letting us check in early and check out late. She also texted to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. She even stopped by to share some great recommendations and ensure we knew how to use the house and pool code. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

5 of us stayed at the house for 2 nights to attend events at Conn College. Loved that we each had our own rooms! Host was responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for us. Well stocked with paper goods/coffee. I can imagine it would be a great place to stay if you want to go to the beach. We only had time to walk to Ocean Beach once. Very close. Great place to stay.

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

This house was great for our large group with five kids. There was an amazing playground with multiple play structures nearby and the beach in the back of the house was stunning. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at any Airbnb. We also appreciated the upgraded bathrooms with their “fancy” showers (as my kids called them)!

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts

The house was very clean, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and the house met our needs for visiting our family nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet, which we liked.

Jennifer’s placed checked all 4 C’s with 5 plus stars! Extremely comfortable, charming, cozy and clean. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch and fire pit areas. Great getaway for my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary weekend on the NoFo. I’ve rented from lots of owners, Jennifer is by far one of the best. Great communicator and very flexible. Highly, highly recommend!!

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.
