The Hot Tub is up and running! Walking distance to the Rose District, our newly constructed Cottage comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, private parking and entrance. This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!

Cabin in the Woods, 10 minutes to Bartlesville

Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.

Our cozy Starlight Cottage is separate from the main house for seclusion and privacy, but we are next door for quick service and host response. It features picture windows with a woodland view and a private fenced deck with an outdoor hot tub for two. We are located on 13 acres of densely wooded hilltop fewer than 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Enjoy walking our property, playing with our kitty 'Oreo', or napping in the hammock......a perfect couple's getaway!

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank.
