A beautiful fully furnished apartment on the second floor of an ancient Neapolitan building from 1891 with an elevator. Spacious, bright and with very high ceilings, windows and balcony overlooking one of the most vibrant and authentic areas of the center. A large bedroom with a king-size bed and a Memorex mattress, a wardrobe and desk, a bright living area with a sofa, a kitchen with everything you need to immerse yourself in the Neapolitan culinary tradition, and a bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment is available for guests and covered by free high-speed Wi-Fi internet. We love to entertain, help to discover the city, and make friends with solar, friendly, warm-hearted, travelers (not tourists), who love their life and who are as flexible as needed to truly experience Naples, a little less we love to host rigid and uncompromising people, perfection maniacs or stressed tourists who think they're booking a hotel at low price. For that matter, we strongly advise those kind of tourists against the imperfection of Naples and its culture. Characteristic and authentic area in the middle of two of the oldest areas of Naples, surrounded by markets, shops, restaurants and services of all kinds and a stone's throw from transport, museums and monuments. Real daily life in Naples, far from stereotypes and scenes built especially for tourists who only look for the same city in every place. Undoubtedly a hectic place (beware of you, delicate ears seeking peace), but totally worth living in. And loved. Most of the things you may wish to see or have are at hand, right around your home at a max a 15-20 minutes walk. You are surrounded by all kinds of shops and popular markets where you can buy anything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bus stops and taxi areas are a few meters from home, the train station is a 10-minute walk away, and both the airport and port are 20 minutes by car or public transport. As for art and monuments, you got it yet! All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is a few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is a 15-minute walk from the National Archaeological Museum, the Madre Contemporary Museum and a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompeii, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name a few common destinations. The whole center of Naples, without particular exceptions, is a very active and frenetic place (we are also known for this :D). Popular excitement is an intrinsic and characteristic part of Neapolitan culture, an eternal living theater. For almost all tourists, this reality represents part of the beauty they want to dive into when visiting Naples, but of course everyone is different, has their own history and habits. If you come from very quiet and peaceful areas, you know you are intolerant to chaos, your sleep is so light that even the ticking of a clock can be a problem, we suggest you opt for more residential areas outside the center such as the Vomero, Fuorigrotta or Posillipo area. But in this case, know that you'll be missing the best:)

Striking Cabin with a Hot Tub and Mountain Views

OVERVIEW: The cabin boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Each room has it's own full bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs in the main living area. Both levels of the cabin have mountain facing porches which boast gorgeous views of Mt LeConte and the Smoky Mountains and that view can be enjoyed in the rocking chairs or the hot tub. There are fireplaces on both floors that add extra warmth and charm. There is a dining area just off the kitchen where you can share a great meal with friends or family. ENTERTAINMENT: Each bedroom and the main living room has it's own HD TV with cable TV and a DVD player. Upstairs there is a game room with a full size pool table, and arcade table and a mini air hockey table. The neighborhood has it's own pool and it is a short walk to a playground great for younger kids. There is free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected if you want. KITCHEN: The cabin has a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Outside there is a charcoal grill. OTHER: The cabin also comes with a washer and dryer, all the linens needed for the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and hand towels for the bathrooms and more. You have access to the entire cabin. The cabin is for you during your stay. I will not be there when you are there. Of course if you need help with anything I can be available. The cabin is located minutes from Dollywood Theme Park in Pigeon Forge, as well as the quaint shops and eateries in Gatlinburg. Hiking and camping at Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a short drive away. The Great Smoky National Park is the most visited park in the National Park system and for good reason. The natural beauty that can be found in the park, across all 4 seasons is breathtaking. With over 800 miles of hiking trails, it should be easy to find a trail that meets your needs. And if you just want to drive through the park, the winding mountain roads and the Cades Cove loop offer beautiful scenery as well. Only a short drive to historic Charleston, SC! Please be aware that the property has a Ring video doorbell on the premises (at the front door). The Dream Boat is a bohemian-inspired home with a warm, open feel. There is a king-sized bed in the private bedroom and a comfy double pullout mattress in the sofa. Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before your arrival to ensure optimal comfort and safety during your stay. The space has a warm open feel with a king size bed and very comfortable pull out sofa. Cable TV. There is also a gas grill on the deck and a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Please also use our ski locker located in the main entrance of the building. Please do not bring skis or snowboards into the unit and please do not wear ski boots in the condo as they will damage the flooring. Also please be respectful of our neighbor below:) You will be able to use our whole condo. Unfortunately due to HOA rules guests are not allowed to use the fireplace. The condo does not have access to a hot tub but the Steamboat springs hot springs is just down the road or the famous strawberry hot springs is about a 15-20 min drive. The free bus will take you to the resort but you must change a bus in town or on hwy 40. We have free wifi and a smart tv so you can connect your netflix, hulu or amazon account if you want. Also included is cable TV. The home is in a peaceful location with a free yellow bus line outside that heads to the center of Steamboat Springs. Take a relaxing dip into the local hot springs, go skiing in the winter, and enjoy riverside dining in the summer. The free yellow bus line picks up across the street. You must switch to the blue bus line to get to the ski resort. There are two spots available for renter parking in the building lot. Open the yellow front door and enter a living room/kitchen combination that's got everything you need to relax comfortably after a long day riding the streetcar, strolling through Audubon Park and eating poboys and crawfish at Frankie & Johnny's. The cheery bathroom has subway tiles on the wall and penny rounds on the floor. There's a floor-to-ceiling window that provides access to a wraparound balcony with views of the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and the lovely neighborhood. Two giant oak trees in front of the house provide a leafy green canopy for most of the year. You have your own completely private apartment and your own balcony. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with a streetcar stop nearby that gets to downtown in just 20 minutes. Spend the day walking through the Audubon Zoo and explore the historic and exciting French Quarter at night. The apartment is a half block from a St. Charles Avenue streetcar stop. There is ample street parking in front of the house. You can walk to Magazine Street, Freret Street (also lots of restaurants and bars) and Audubon Park. Vacation or business, we expect you treat our home as if it were your own. No smoking indoors. No pets. No late night caterwauling. My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. Alternatively, head for nearby South Lamar, which is loaded with restaurants, shops, cinemas, and cafes—there's plenty to do right nearby.
