The living space is about 33 square meters and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living/sleeping room. It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine

It is about 500 m to the beach, and the center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. + Final cleaning €70 +tourist tax depending on season 1.95-3.90 No laundry included!! Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.
