Perfect location on Sylt. Our apartment is 15 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes to the beach behind the dune. We have bright, friendly and modern furnishings with a dishwasher, south-facing balcony and Wi-Fi. Ideal for families with children or couples. Since we rarely come to Sylt, we occasionally rent out. The apartment is on the 1st floor accessible by elevator. We renovated in January 2025 and redecorated the apartment. In January 2026, we completely renovated the bathroom.

2-room apartment/south balcony on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with elevator on the northern edge of Westerland's center. 2 minutes' walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 minutes to the Syltness Center/spa center, to the swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian zone is within walking distance of approx. 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026
