Das stylische Appartement liegt zentral direkt hinter den Dünen des Weststrandes am Brandenburger Platz. Vom grosszügigen Südbalkon sind kleiner Meerblick und Meeresrauschen garantiert. Der Strand mit Surfschule und Seepromenade ist nur 100m entfernt. Die Fußgängerzone mit Boutiquen und Läden, das Freizeitbad "Sylter Welle" und das Syltness Center mit sämtlichen Wellnesseinrichtungen sind bequem fußläufig in ca. 300m erreichbar. Im Haus ist eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine u. Wäschetrockner.

Apartment "Turmkoje" – Stylish Holiday Home in Westerland Experience relaxed island days at Apartment Turmkoje – part of the exclusive new building "Wilhelm" in the heart of Westerland. Spanning 40 m², it features a light-filled living/sleeping area with a box spring bed, a modern kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a high-quality bathroom with a rain shower. Highlights include an external utility room, an underground parking space, and a central location just a few steps from the North Sea.

Perfect location on Sylt. Our apartment is 15 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes to the beach behind the dune. We have bright, friendly and modern furnishings with a dishwasher, south-facing balcony and Wi-Fi. Ideal for families with children or couples. Since we rarely come to Sylt, we occasionally rent out. The apartment is on the 1st floor accessible by elevator. We renovated in January 2025 and redecorated the apartment. In January 2026, we completely renovated the bathroom.

The apartment has its own dishwasher and a washer-dryer installed in the kitchenette. You can safely store your bicycles in the basement. -57 sqm apartment 2.5 rooms - Spa cards will be charged separately - No free parking at the property - The 4th sleeping place is a bunk bed and suitable for people up to 100 kg

Beautiful, cozy, small apartment for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is very centrally located in a side street to the city center. Whether relaxing beach walks, beach vacations, shopping or feasting in Westerland, exciting surf cup on the Brandenburg beach, concerts in the music shell and much more is within walking distance in a few minutes! "Achtern Diek" in Rantum under thatch!

Our 1.5-room vacation apartment "Achtern Diek" is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a shower, toilet (with 2 windows) and a combined living/dining room with kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop). In the attic is the small and cozy cabin-style bedroom with 2 single beds and a skylight. For tall people, it could be cramped in the sleeping area; we would like to point this out so that no one is disappointed.

2-room apartment/south balcony on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with elevator on the northern edge of Westerland's center. 2 minutes' walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 minutes to the Syltness Center/spa center, to the swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian zone is within walking distance of approx. 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.
