The nearby sea in the west of the island, the small inviting promenade of Wenningstedt with restaurants, cafés & mini golf course as well as the tranquility of the immediate surroundings are surrounded by untouched heathland for beach lovers, walkers and joggers with a variety of leisure activities at their feet.

The house is very quiet 15 m away from the road. Very bright due to large window elements on the ground floor, with a large garden, making it great for children. 2 min. walk to the beach, 12-15 min. walk to Westerland center. Opposite the property is a small grove, close to the aquarium and some restaurants. Ideal starting point for excursions by bicycle. Modern decor, equipped with everything imaginable. SAT TV incl. SKY. Underfloor heating on the ground floor as well as in the bathroom on the top floor.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Our vacation home in the North Frisian country house style with private garden can accommodate up to 4 people with a size of about 95 m². The location is central. Just a 15-minute walk to the beach & downtown. The train station & supermarkets are within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are also available. Spacious living room with dining area. The spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower and bathtub.
