Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. We just love hosting, and we hope you'll feel that through our offerings - an exceptionally private, clean, and comfortable unit with a variety of little extras to make you feel at home.

A 10-minute drive brings you to a new Center for the Arts, several individually-owned art galleries, two grocery stories, and a variety of regionally-recognized and locally-loved restaurants. My 100-year-old house has color and character, a wrap-around deck, views of water and Mt. Rainier, friendly neighbors, and lush landscape. A peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Ideal for romantic getaways, remote work, adventurers, professionals, families with older children, and dogs. Booking guest must be 25+ and all guests must be registered before arrival. As a daylight suite in our home, guests should expect normal household sounds.

Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. The cottage features great western views of the mountains and water with spectacular sunsets, passing boats and wildlife watching. Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

Enjoy a cozy daylight basement suite with a private entrance and a full kitchen, surrounded by a garden and patio for your use. Set in a quiet neighborhood, it's just a 20 minute walk to the beach or Alaska Junction (the heart of West Seattle), and a short drive to parks, Alki beach or 20-30 minutes to downtown Seattle. It's a small but efficient space, perfect for a quiet getaway.
