Prime location with a 90-walk score, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, transit you name it. Close to Alki beach easy access to the stadiums & quick drive downtown.

Hot Tub is Private, NOT SHARED and fully fenced in. Minutes from downtown Seattle and a couple of blocks to charming West Seattle! Lots of restaurants, shopping and a water taxi from Alki Beach (2 miles away) to Seattle's waterfront. We converted our garage into a getaway oasis, charming and comfortable. We have wifi, a free parking space reserved and an EV Charger (with Tesla adapter).
