Holiday rentals with a patio in West Sacramento

Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

My father and I had a wonderful stay. The Airbnb was well decorated, extremely clean, and perfect for us. We were able to relax on the couch and outside in the backyard. The host was responsive and very kind-provided yummy snacks, sparkling water, coffee/tea, and fruits. Quiet location and close to everything we needed. I would stay here again!

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

I went for a wedding, so wasn't much at the place, but it had all that was needed. because I come from NYC, it was a little scary that it doesn't have much of security, but that just because I double volt my place. I guess CA is a bit different that way. Very clean and cozy! Slept like a baby.

I really enjoyed my stay. Ira was responsive and communicative, and the unit had good amenities. I loved that there was a patio area. Keep in mind that the home is in the heart of Oak Park, so expect to see the sights and hear the sounds of a vibrant neighborhood (buses, firetrucks, etc.). There was good food nearby and it was conveniently located. I'd definitely recommend staying there!

What a wonderful stay! Think of a place that’s beautiful, but also warm and welcoming. That’s what staying here felt like! It felt cozy and comforting and beautiful. Everything was here that you needed for a great stay. From the well stocked kitchen, to the beautiful living room with the comfortable reclining couch and gorgeous pictures, to the bedrooms with mattresses that will give you one of the best nights sleep of your life, to the beautiful bathroom. It’s all here. Michael and Karina were wonderful hosts and answered any questions we had lightning fast. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed at and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

I had a very enjoyable stay at Zach’s spot, in for a few days for a wedding. The location is in a beautiful old part of Woodland and a few blocks from downtown. The home is well furnished and has everything you need. Zach was responsive and accommodating. thanks Zach

We had a wonderful stay at Larry’s Tortoise Studio in Davis! The space was private and peaceful, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves since the main house tenants were rarely around. One of the highlights was definitely the two large tortoises in the yard—my son loved watching them and was absolutely fascinated! The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also really enjoyed exploring Davis—it’s a charming town with plenty to see and do. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay here again. Thanks, Larry!

The Nihao home was perfect for our event held at Discovery Park (NorCal CrossFit Classic). It was a quick 7 minute drive. There is a beautiful development called The Rivers, right beside this home that was perfect and safe for walking and running. The home was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the right amount of kitchen utensils, pans, glassware, etc. Again, the kitchen was uncluttered, pristine clean and we felt great about using it. It was a nice perk to have Netflix and some other TV options connected and available. The washer and dryer was an additional plus. We were totally happy with our choice of Nihao Home.

Adrienne and Jonathan were very responsive. The house, the pool and the surrounding grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Adrienne and Jonathan for hosting us.
