Sara’s place was perfect. Easy walk to convention center and everything else downtown. The unit was very clean & comfortable. Check in process was smooth and Sara’s communication was excellent. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Booked this location for its quality pictures of an aesthetically pleasing apartment and its affordable pricing. Prior to and during my trip, host responded in a timely manner. Check-in and check-out was flexible. Keep in mind this location is located on K St. next to bars and restaurants, perfect if u want to go out! Ended up staying in and watched a movie in the cozy living room, the outside noise wasn’t a bother. Kitchen has the basic necessities/dishes. What I really liked was the cleanliness of the bathroom including the shower/tub! Would book again!

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

The beds were super comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep after long days . The kitchen is large and well-equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare meals together. We also loved the nice backyard—our pups had a blast running around! What really stood out was the blend of modern upgrades and old-school charm. The house is clean and beautifully remodeled, yet it still retains a cozy, inviting feel that makes you feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. I highly recommend staying at Adams place if you're ever in Sacramento. We had such a wonderful experience that I know we’ll definitely be back!

We booked this house for my daughter’s graduation, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location is perfect—just 17 from Golden 1 Center where the ceremony took place. Mia and Scott are wonderful hosts—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house is spacious, with four comfortable bedrooms and a bonus game room by the pool (a detached space with a foosball table and a single sofa bed), which my daughter chose to sleep. It accommodated my family, my brother’s family, our parents and dont forget my furry son, perfectly! We had a great time and appreciated how close everything was—grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The home is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Thank you again, Mia and Scott, for your hospitality. We’re from SoCal, but we’ll definitely consider staying here again next time we visit NorCal!

Everything about this home was thoughtfully done and was the perfect place for me to buckle down and work on my masters thesis. Enjoyed the fresh eggs, the cozy and complete home with great sound system in the living room. Had fitness equipment, peloton! The beds were great as was the AC. The house had great jasmine bushes which smelled amazing! Thank you to Amado and family for a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great and spacious. Missing some amenities like salt, paper towels, and oil. But otherwise fantastic. Very responsive host and able to accommodate all of our requests.

We’ve decided Rumen’s place was one of the nicest air bnb’s we have ever stayed at. The house was very clean it was easy to find. Getting in was easy. The best part was the back yard so comfortable, pretty and THAT pool was the best. I appreciated the grocery store a walkable distance away. Rumen was available for questions when I had one. All in all a great place for my family.

Stayed over Christmas with my family. Suited our needs well. Room were clean and modern with a tidy exterior. Liked the neighborhood. Nice comfortable beds. Very pleased and would stay again
