The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Located just minutes from FDR State Park, Callaway Gardens, the Man-O-War Trail and Pine Mountain.

A short 5 minutes walk if you choose to just walk there. Home has everything you need, including your own boat slip, while away on your Lake Martin getaway. If off season and a football fan, Auburn is just a short 20 mile drive away. Lake Martin is also known for great fishing and many hiking areas you can enjoy.
