Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

A fully self-contained studio apartment which is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. It has direct access to a large beautiful garden with use of our Hot Tub. The outside space has lots of seating, large patio. deck. lawn area and a large EarthSpa Hot-Tub all of which is shared with us. Please make yourselves at home and love it as much we do.
