Great customer service and very friendly staff We stayed on the Manatee boat and it was very clean with some minor issues the staff would be happy to attend to if I asked them. We just didn’t use the tv much, but it wouldn’t turn off so we just placed it on soft music and used it for a sleep aid 🤷🏻‍♀️🥰 Mike, the guy there recommended we stay in the Grey Lady next time but this was a great experience for us.

We stayed at this wonderful houseboat as we began our trip to the Florida Keys and it was perfect! We saw manatees, enjoyed dinner at the outdoor bar with locals, and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Great location with a wonderful host!

I loved it, it is my second time and I would come back a thousand more times it is very quiet a place where you forget everything and you share with your family and amifos, the most incredible thing is to cook watching the waves of the sea recommended 🙏

A quiet paradise over the water. The only sounds were birds and waves, and the occasional boat passing by. Connect to the ocean and nature day and night by watching birds and fish and bats right from your dinner table. If you're looking for some peace and quiet - this is the place for you!

We had such a lovely time staying at Ingrid’s house. The bungalow on the water was really cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid was a wonderful host. We snorkeled every day and went to town a couple of times for lunch and to purchase some groceries. We cooked every day so stock up on supplies. There are staples in the cabin like basic spices and oil. Such a peaceful and picturesque spot. We hope to be back soon.

We were 3 adults and we were all so excited with the house. So warm and beautiful with a very friendly host!clean and very lovely. It was a bit far from the town (25min walk) so we had the privacy we needed.Totally recommend it for an affordable option on such a fancy place!!

We really enjoyed the surroundings. Being right on the water, watching the tides come and go and all of the wildlife, particularly the birds was very interesting. This is great place to go for privacy, and a feeling of being in the middle of nature. Sue is fantastic, very helpful and very accessible. 5 stars!

Brilliant place - never stayed anywhere like it before. Quirky and an amazing location. Was so nice to come back and chill on the top deck at night. Johnny was great and even helped out when I needed a package delivered before I arrived. Would highly recommend !

We loved staying at this space on the water. Absolutely wonderful and pristine surroundings, dolphins greeted us first thing in the morning while we sipped on the lovely coffee the hosts provided. Kitchen was spotless and everything was new pots pans and dishes. Comfy beds and crispy linen. Just what dreams are made off. We only wish we stayed longer. Definitely adding to my favorites and hope to return again.

An incredible and magical place with an incredible view and very convenient we were able to do jet ski that took it to the house , also kayaking and without commenting on the walk in the same house without having to bother to see us from our place we enjoyed many activities . The place is beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Marigot bay the whole time. There’s not a lot of great food options, all with the same, fairly limited menu. The local food is the best option - jerk chicken, stews, etc, but even those are not as good as the rest of the island. This place is only accessible by boat - you need what’s app to get on and off the cabin to get food. The beach is walking distance and there’s some food and beverages served when you get chairs during the day. The hike along the property (Billy goat trail) is stunning. It’s really very very beautiful, but it’s not a great place to see the island. Also being a sound machine - sound travels across the water and it can be fairly loud.

Overall great experience. Everything was perfect. The captain is such a good person. I will definitely repeat.

This was such a unique experience and definitely worth the stay if you are ok off-the-grid nature of it. The most challenging thing for me was planning for food since there's no way to heat up food, but you can get creative and bring cold dishes. On that same note the generator would need to be on to keep the refrigerator running so that can be seen as a downside because I personally shut everything off and just let the ocean breeze circulate and the sounds of the waves put me to sleep. It was absolutely wonderful. and waking up to the sunrise on the water was priceless. Highly recommend the stay for those who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and get away. Just keep in mind the limitations and set your expectations accordingly and I dont think you will regret. Also Tony providing the water taxi to and from is such a nice benefit so shoutout to him for that.

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

Taking the included motorized dinghy back and forth to the houseboat was a lot of fun. It made it feel like you were leaving the world behind. Pennekamp reef was a short drive away and lot's of nice restaurants in the area. At night there we dolphins swimming around and the water was clean and clear. There was a great breeze and no need to turn on the air conditioner. We slept in the cool spring breeze and had a great time. The host is friendly, accommodating and communicative. Thank you Kelly, we will definitely be back!

Olivier and Sylvie are gracious and kind hosts. Their property is beautiful and the location so relaxing. The food is outstanding. It's fabulous place to spend a few days disconnected.

Since I was a child I’ve wanted to see the inside of a real houseboat and this was the perfect opportunity. I booked for my family to stay here a few days before our cruise began and it definitely added to the wonderment of the vacation. Taylor even had a couple paddle boards brought to us. It may be a slightly older houseboat but I loved the charm of it. It’s really really fun. My family is still talking about “the boat before the cruise”, and I know they’ll remember it long after.

I came to visit the Keys with my sister for my 27th birthday. It will be an experience that I will never forget! Not only was Mr. Robert very kind and welcoming, everyone that we met through throughout the Keys were extremely kind and welcoming. The houseboat was out of this world and super cool to be on. If you’re looking to be somewhere more secluded and quiet, this is definitely the spot for you. It is very safe. Mr. Robert can also bring you back from the boat on land so you can tour around in the Keys where there are restaurants, bars, entertainment, and more. Since you will be stuck on the boat I would recommend going to the store and getting a couple amenities you would need like some food, snacks, and drinks. There is a cooler you can store your goods in. Mr. Robert, of course, provides toilet paper, towel, towels, and soap. There is also a grill on the boat! Paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear are provided on the boat. Can’t wait to come back!

Great hosts. The place was clean and spacious! It was the perfect size. It felt like a little hotel room on the water. It was so nice to sit on the top deck and look at the stars. The bed was big and clean! Kitchen had everything you need. Loved the location, felt safe and private.

We loved our stay at the Dolphin Aqua lodge! The location was excellent. The Cabana Club access was a definite plus. It was walkable and everyone there was pleasant and helpful. You had access to a pool, hot tub and the beach. Food was available to purchase. Driving distance included many restaurants, gift shops and things to do. We went on a snorkeling trip with Captain Pips (he offers many other tours, and I highly recommend him), a fishing charter, a visit to the aquarium. Jo Lena was very responsive and provided great information. The aqua lodge was clean and comfortable and included nearby rentals for bikes, canoes, etc. They also provided fishing gear and bait. I can't say enough about Jo Lena, the aqua lodge and the location. We hope to be back.
