Hummingbird Villa is a perfect oasis on the outskirts of La Fortuna. I had the impression that we might be sharing the pool with other properties, but the entire facility is private. It's a stunning location with beautiful landscaping and plenty of outdoor space. Even when it was raining there was plenty of room at the large table under the generous patio roof to stay dry for our whole family. In the mornings we enjoyed birdwatching along the the quiet road. We would absolutely stay here again. Many thanks to Jason for being a kind and considerate host.

Amazing piece of paradise if you are looking for an off the beaten path experience where the ocean isnt far & the river is just a boardwalk length's away. We hesitated about booking bc it seems too good to be true but once Luis met us on the dock & we headed deeper into the river amongst mangroves, when we unloaded and were welcomed with a fresh coconut by the keepers of the property, we instantly knew we didnt want to leave. The hammocks beckoned the two 14 y/o boys to settle in while the other 10 y/o was ready to pick her bed upstairs. Bc we were on a different eco resort before this, we werent able to bring ex snacks & drinks but Lia was able to have cold beer on the ready as the closest large grocery store is a boat ride away. We asked for them to cook. Simple delicious local flavors for food and juices. It was perfect. Can't stress how authentic and fun the tours are- we loved the waterfall hike & wished we had time for the mangrove tours. Def line fish & we loved the experience.

Eli and Joanne are wonderful people. Very kind and generous! If you’re a climber you will be amazed from the parking lot, to the trail up and then the amazing routes. Thank you for all your work Eli!!!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was phenomenal, responsive host, prompt for around town activities, helpful, and friendly. Easy to find. Easy to park. Quiet neighbors. Little to no traffic at night. Towels, sheets, extras provided. Some toiletries available for guest use as well as kitchen wares. Coffee maker, small blender, pots, pans, fridge. Close to town. Beach right outside the property. Sunsets are amazing. Great use of the property.

Finca La Lucia is a peace of heaven on earth. The property has everything you will need for a long or short stay. And if you have a suggestion or feel the property is missing something Ricardo is ready and will to address concerns so that you can enjoy your stay. While I was there I was able to made an arrangement to get fresh eggs. The area gets cold but nothing a warm comfort or can’t solve. Additionally, the property is close to the urban area of the town, which may take 30-45 mins to walk to if you want to get some exercise. The town is lovely, you can go horseback riding, paragliding, ATV’ing, and you can’t visit Chingaza while you are in the area. This property will feel like a home away from home.

Our stay in Crochu was unforgettable. The house was beautiful, with the surrounding nature even more stunning. The privacy offered by the Tatou House is tough to beat! Vikki & Linette made the stay very easy. Their suggestions for a rental car were perfect, and necessary. All things about this place made our Honeymoon very special. Thank you Vikki and Victor for creating this piece of paradise.

Finca Milena is nestled in the hills overlooking Jardin. The view is magnificent, the scenery is beautiful, and the cabin is rustic and charming. William was very responsive and accommodating, and Fanny was a wonderful on-site host who cooked delicious meals and was helpful in making local arrangements. I was able to work from the cabin with consistent wifi, there is a small kitchenette for cooking at home, and the living space is comfortable with couch and chairs. Amazing vibe and experience. A few good things to know going in: it’s removed from town - cost us 25,000 pesos and about 15 min to get to or from Jardin. The cabin is rustic feeling: openings in the structure joints, bug nets around the beds, and a finicky hot water shower. The no-see-um bugs were also pretty present, especially in the morning and evening, though that was true most places. Desk was a fold out table and plastic chair. All of that was part of the charm. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

A week in Pura Vida.  Casa Aracari is a great combination of Tico and modern style and amenities.  Very comfortable, with large windows which makes the living area light and airy, and gives a pleasant view of Vulcan Poas which was puffing steam during our stay.  Our trip was during the rainy season, so things were ... humid (as expected).  There is no air conditioning, but a bit of adjusting of the screened windows and doors gave light breezes through the house, so totally comfortable.  The only issue we ran into was after one particularly strong thunderstorm, the power was out and the electrically powered driveway gate wouldn't open (can happen anywhere, so you just deal with it).  This was quickly and efficiently remedied with a text to Diana.  The Jacuzzi was welcoming on cool evenings after long days of sight seeing.  All in all, our stay was peaceful, pleasant, and this was a great retreat and base from which to explore the Atenas region.    Highly recommended.

Recommended 100%! Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. The property exceeded our expectations in every way - impeccable cleanliness, excellent amenities and a spectacular location. What impressed us the most was the incredible view from the mountain inside the property. You have to walk to the top! The view from there is even more beautiful and the walk is totally worth it. It's an experience that you can't miss. I also highly recommend the horseback tour - it was excellent and a wonderful way to explore the surroundings. The hosts were very attentive and helped us organize everything without any problems. We will definitely return and we are already recommending this place to all our friends and family. An unforgettable experience!

We loved staying here. The place is very private and peaceful, but close enough to everything if you have a car. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy La Fortuna.

Such an amazing little place that Rick and Ashley created and shared with us. We were able to check in early and check out late, providing us with even more time to enjoy the area and the property. Enjoyed exploring along the river nearby even during the rainy season. Felt very well taken care of, with Rick checking in with us throughout our stay and always responsive. Highly recommend!!

This is the third time we've stayed at Andrés' cabin, we love the place! The quality, energy and attention will always be very nice! Sandra was very diligent, as always the people who work there are very attentive. We went with two dogs and they had a great time! I recommend it 100%

Awesome place with everything you need. Great views. Trail to river is well maintained and clearly marked. Private but close enough to everything you need. Would stay again.

If you want to write: We stayed at the Jungle Treehouse for 7 days. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we booked, Shamir was so helpful. Not only did he help us with questions specific to our stay, but also sent us his recommendations for tours, hikes, activities, restaurants, etc. Once we arrived, we were so happy with our choice! The house had everything we needed and more. The house had a beautiful layout, nice kitchen, equipment for cooking, and a great outdoor space for hanging out, playing games, and swimming during our down time. We also started working with Johannes before we arrived. Being local he knew the best companies for tours and booked all of them for us. Each one turned out to be above our expectations. He was also very responsive and helpful while we were there. We saw tons of birds (including macaws), butterflies, and the best part - over 30 squirrel monkeys playing on the roof one afternoon. Can’t wait to visit again.

Stunningly beautiful place, and the pool is perfect for escaping the heat. The villa is great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was easy to find and not too far from the airport. There were definitely lots of local stores and restaurants to visit near by. We recommend Resturante Ross! The views especially early morning were amazing overall we have no complaints. Our favorite part was visiting the farm animals! Oscar was so nice and welcoming.

Perfect!! My husband & I stayed at the 1-bed cottage for the days straddling Easter 2025. It was EVERYTHING we wanted in a St. Kitts stay: completely detached, tasteful, clean, fresh, breezy, open and authentic with fully appointed kitchen, laundry, linens, large shaded areas to relax, convenient access & parking, and both ocean and lush greenery at the perfect location at the peninsular's end: a full villa experience for 2 at a very affordable price. We hosted a private yoga session, with professional instructor, for close family at the yoga platform on the Farm, followed by breakfast at the Cottage. Michelle, the house manager was phenomenally accommodating, providing a folding table with table cloth, and several dishes for our hosted breakfast. The farm manager, Bacchus, cut fresh coconuts to serve with the meal. They were both fabulously gracious before and during our stay. We had not planned to return to St. Kitts, but Coconut Farm cottage changed our minds. We will be back!

This place was pure heaven. Watching the sky change throughout the day from the pool or the porch was just spectacular. From storms and sunsets to morning cloud it was just amazing. We loved the wrap around porch so much and really appreciated how quiet and relaxing this location was. Will absolutely come back.

This is such a beautiful property, and the pictures don’t do it justice. We had a lovely time with the family and Esperanza, the helper, was wonderful and friendly. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean and nicely decorated. We hope to come back in the future.

What a fun way to enjoy Costa Rica! View was incredible. Loved the hammock. Domo was sweet & cozy. Outdoor kitchen & shower was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Little restaurant right down the street. We were only there for one quick night. Didn't use any of the communal space, but the pool & hammocks were beautiful.

The place is beautiful, the location is quite good, lots of green space and all the facilities to have a pretty good stay! The hosts were quite communicative and made sure that everything went well. Thank you very much for everything!
