What a hidden gem this hotel and special space was! The location is really beautiful, the view from the lookout was something I didn’t expect. Being able to spread out and have private space in amongst the beautiful environment and amenities(hot tub/pool) of the hotel was really great. The design of this apartment was gorgeous and I really appreciated the little touches and loved hearing the records and the crickets/birds chirp together! A group of us stayed at Steve’s place for a friend’s wedding up the valley. Great central location. Lots of parking and large property. The house was so bespoke and eclectic we all absolutely loved it and felt right at home. The beds were surprisingly extremely comfortable (not always the case at airbnbs), there were a ton of towlels, lots of dishes, mugs etc, coffee and coffee machine. I would absolutely recommend this place, it would even be a great destination spot to getaway with friends. Thank you for having us.

Our stay was more beautiful than we could possibly have imagined. The stunning landscape right out the back never ceased taking our breath away, with some profound sunsets right over the bay. We loved sitting on the deck with our books and coffee, and especially loved walking down along the water, watching the tide go out and in. The restfulness of everything was absolutely healing and rejuvenating. Between the views, the beach, the critters (we saw the fox and some deer), the deck, and the easy communication with the host, staying here again would be a reason to revisit Nova Scotia, which is a 16 hour drive from our home! But it was totally worth it. I should also mention that there were too many amenities to take advantage of in the week we stayed there!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Port Williams, Nova Scotia. The host was warm, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish; this is the first time at this property and we will be back. The house was spotless and spacious, with large rooms and clean, well-stocked bathrooms. There was plenty of space for our group to gather, work, and chat comfortably. We especially loved the deck and the huge backyard—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Parking was also plentiful. We were minutes away from great restaurants and cidery/brewery and distillery. As well as a great walking path (tide was out Sunday at noon was a great view. Highly recommend this spot for groups or anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!
