This place really felt like home. From the second we walked in until we left we felt like we were staying with family. The views were spectacular and we were close enough to enjoy the town but just far away to feel like we were tucked away in our own little secret spot.

We just spent one night here for a layover. However, you could easily make this a destination. The home is even nicer than described. The pool and backyard area look like they belong in a magazine. The location is a 2 minute walk from the sea, 5 minutes to a beach and 10 minutes to all kinds of restaurants. Wish I could've stayed longer. The host was even kind enough to arrange our pick up from and transfer to the airport. Book this place with confidence.

A family villa where luxury excites you, but you feel at home. It had everything you might need. Billy was very informative on everything. We wanted it for a couple who got married and it really was great for everything. We rested and relaxed the next day at the pool. Great job . Thanks for hosting we hope to see you again

We had a good stay and the view from the terrace was very nice.

This was a great spot for a night stay in Athens! The rooftop, gym and delicious breakfast were highlights for me. And I love that it was walking distance from everything I wanted to do. I felt very safe in the area to be out at night as well. Would definitely rent from there again.

We liked the apartment very much

While studying abroad in Athens, me and a couple friends decided to explore a nearby island, enjoy the beach and discover ancient temples. Notis’ place was the perfect fit for our group - the location was quite remote, however with just a 20 minutes taxi ride we were able to get to the port and downtown Aegina to Vagia where the hotel was located. The surrounding nature and flora was quaint, peaceful and very picturesque (which was awesome for taking nice pictures). The hotel’s traditional homemade breakfast was a major hit!! For 13 euro per person we enjoyed a delicious traditional greek breakfast in an « all you can eat » style breakfast buffet. The owners were very friendly and happy to offer suggestions about local restaurants, landmarks and even ordering taxis and transportation. In addition, the nearby ancient temple of Aphaia was a great place to see and only 45 minutes to hike to. The beach was beautiful as well, and the water was incredibly warm. Definitely would recommend!

Great apartments, well appointed, owned and designed by an architect, so amazing attention to detail with beautiful decorations, everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Always someone on reception too to help. Beautiful rooftop too

Initially Emerald Villa seemed like the ideal place for me and my fiance to spend some leisure time close to Athens, yet isolated from the tourist path. Our actual experience was even greater than our expectation. The beautiful villa, its relaxing exteriors, the luxurious amenities, the nice garden, the sunset and sea view, even the communication with the hosts (Marja and Sophia) have all been great. We appreciated the proximity to some interesting destinations (i.e. trekking at mountain Dirfi) but we had to leave the region to visit Delphi. We will certainly come back to enjoy the fantastic atmosphere of this resort.

The accommodation and the space were excellent, it was worth the money, there was the possibility of arranging the space on a daily basis. Close to large hospitals and clinics. Quiet neighborhood. No problems. I highly recommend it!

Great place, exactly as described. Difficult to find as location didn’t match Airbnb address/ map. Very accommodating, as we had an early flight and they left us breakfast the night before.

Great place in the heart of Athens, away from noisy streets and close to many places of interest. Room was clean, entrance was easy. I asked for a couple more hours before check out and they had no problem. Perfect.
