Holiday rentals with a hot tub in West Attica Regional Unit

We loved our stay in Agios Ioannis! The cottage was lovely - extremely clean and cosy and had everything we needed. lila provided lots of extras that we didn't expect, like some food, cake, juice etc. The local surroundings were beautiful, the locals were friendly and the food at the taverna was outstanding (although we definitely over-ordered!). The projector in the cottage is an excellent touch as we had one rainy night during our stay. Thank you Lila, we would definitely consider coming back.

We were more than satisfied with our stay! Aggelos is an incredibly friendly and warm host who welcomed us warmly upon our arrival. He explained everything to us in detail and gave us great tips on what to find in the area. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this Airbnb. Thank you, Aggelos! 😊

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is just wonderful! 3 beautiful bedrooms, living room, very large dining room, excellent kitchen, spotless and equipped with everything you need, salt, pepper, oil, espresso coffee and even plastic cups. 2 bathrooms upstairs in the large bedrooms and 1 toilet downstairs also spotless where there was again everything, shower gel, shampoo, hair cream, extra hand towels, enough and even body deodorants and tissues for those who do not use face towels! Emma is an amazing host, very friendly and kind, a wonderful person! We highly recommend Emma and her wonderful home to spend your holidays or weekend with your friends or family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I can’t say enough good things about Harry and his lovely Air BnB. Harry is an excellent host. It’s clear he cares about his guests. He offered to arrange transportation, recommended places to eat, and was quick to communicate with me and make sure I made it to the apartment without any issues. I knew if I needed something, Harry was just a quick text or phone call away. The apartment itself is just gorgeous. When you step outside, you’re already surrounded by so much to do - restaurants, shopping, music, etc. But if you want to stay in, you can have a coffee on the balcony and just enjoy the view of the streets and listen to the lively chatter of Athens. But my favorite part was enjoying a glass of wine (provided by Harry!) on the massive terrace and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day of exploring . The apartment is a unique combination of cute, cozy, and chic. I wish I could say more, but I’m running out of space. Bottom line: you won’t regret booking here! Thank you Harry

The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The hosts responds immediately to any request and she is very kind! The house is fully equipped with everything you need, like it is your own house. Thank you for the wonderful Greek experience!!!

I think this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Will definitely choose it next time we’re in Athens

Incredible location, host and property!!

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

Very spacious living spaces and outdoor areas, with beautiful views of the sea, lake and mountains! Except for the failure of the hot tub on the first evening, everything was perfect! But we also understood that some things just can't be fixed within a few days. Tip for the next guests: Stay strong and don't feed the cats! There are more and more of them every day and they are becoming more and more intrusive!

Beautiful views Very peaceful Kyriakos is very communicative and friendly. The house has tonnes of amenities (how often does your house have an elevator) Would highly recommend renting a car if you're not from the area. Tip for the other travellers: the property is on a very large beautiful tract off land with an automatic gate that can only be opened from the house or two remotes the host provides. Easy enough but something to keep in mind

True luxury in magnificent surroundings. Made for a perfect location for our family reunion. An unforgettable holiday. Tasos, the host, has been attentive and generous without ever feeling overbearing - top rate hospitality!

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

Villa Hermes-Seaglass house is a great base to explore Athens and surrounds. After braving the crazy driving of Athens center city, navigating the steep drive becomes tolerable and the home, your peaceful refuge! Maybe the best view I have ever had in a home-setting a new bar. Kosta & family are extemely gracious hosts that want you happy, going the extra mile in having assorted drinks ready in fridge to drop off dessert from a nearby bakery that makes the best Luxardo cherry cheesecake etc… We loved the proximity to sights, the killer views, nearby beach, stray preggar cat, the AC’s, provided fan & hospitality!! Would def recommend.

We where very late at the house, because our luggage was not on the airport. so we call, that we are not at time at the House, that was not a problem. Eline left some food in refrigerator. That was very nice. The house is very comfortable and clean. Nearby there are restaurants. We had a Lovely Stay. Thank you Eline for the good communication. Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10
