Monthly Rentals in West Allotment

James & Donna had left a personalised list of instructions for us to follow when we arrived. The place was clean and tidy, beds made and rooms spotless. There’s a space for a car to park in the back. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster on hand. 10 minute drive from Newcastle city centre so not far. Would stay here again.

The only difficulty we had was the smart lock once we got the hang of it was not a problem. The house was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The parking was spacious enough for two large vehicles with Lidl supermarket more or less on the doorstep. Next time I am in the area would like to stay here again

Ideal for a quiet getaway. Close enough to Newcastle town, but far enough out to enjoy the peace and quiet.

A real gem of an apartment. It’s absolutely immaculate and Daniel couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything you can think of that you might need - it was there! It felt like a home away from home and we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
