Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

In the sun in nature, in rain to Munich

Our modern two-room granny flat features a small bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, and two sunny terraces. The apartment has its own entrance via the garden. Parking is available on the road, which is rarely used by traffic. Due to the rural location, a car is recommended. Munich can be reached in about 35 minutes, and the mountains in 50 minutes by car.

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
