Cozy apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Our modern two-room granny flat features a small bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, and two sunny terraces. The apartment has its own entrance via the garden. Parking is available on the road, which is rarely used by traffic. Due to the rural location, a car is recommended. Munich can be reached in about 35 minutes, and the mountains in 50 minutes by car.
