The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.

The apartment has its own entrance and has been furnished very cosily and tastefully. On the ground floor there is a beautiful large living and dining area with large window front, facing south. As well as a guest toilet. Via a staircase you reach the upstairs where there is a large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed. A nice, bright and friendly bathroom with toilet, shower and sink is also located there.
