Das Gästeschlafzimmer (1,60 m Bett) liegt im ruhigen Souterrain zum Garten mit kl. Terrasse. Hier befindet sich auch ein Duschbad. Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer (ebenfalls mit TV) mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 300 m entfernt.

The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) can also be easily reached. You can walk to the nearest tram stops in about 5 minutes. A cat lives downstairs in the house.
