Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

The holiday home "Gute Stube" is part of the original farmhouse of the smallholding "Hufe 9". Just recently - and lovingly - renovated, this little gem now accommodates up to 4 guests in the middle of the outstanding natural beauty of the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. With direct access to the lake Plätlinsee it offers both relaxation as well as more active holiday pursuit options (swimming, paddling, hiking etc). The southfacing terrace provides an ideal backdrop for evening BBQs.

The vacation rental is located with 2 other apartments in a house on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer plenty of space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Apartment in the city of Fontane Culture, lake and forest

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre, near the lake, with swimming opportunities. It is about 5 km to Motorway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 metres away. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The cycle path network is well developed, and a restaurant is within walking distance, about 250 m away.

Light-flooded loft in the heart of the Uckermark

The village of Knehden is surrounded by the Netzowsee-Metzelthiner Feldmark nature reserve, just 5 km from Templin. The village is located in a hilly landscape. Cranes live here, but also sea eagles and ospreys. You can find otters and beavers as well as kingfishers. In autumn, the crane migration is a particularly impressive experience. 3 lakes are within walking or cycling distance.

Vacation in nature right on the lake III

My accommodation is close to NATURE, LAKES, FORESTS, FIELDS, MEADOWS, PONDS AND STARS. Very nice apartment with two rooms, each furnished with a double bed, in a house on a large courtyard that is open on three sides, with a garden, right by the lake in the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve, 70 km north of Berlin. All country lovers are most welcome.

Staying by the lake

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering.
