Beautiful & peaceful home between mountains & lake

Nous habitons une maison vraiment très agréable à vivre au coeur d'Heidiland (la région d'Heidi). Nous la remettons au gout du jour petit à petit, mais tout le confort est déjà là ! Du matin jusqu'au soir, elle est baignée de lumière. Chaque fenêtre offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes ou le lac. Nous habitons à Walenstadt, à 2 pas du lac de Walensee et au bas des pistes de ski de Flumserberg (10mn jusqu'à la télécabine d'Unterterzen). Eté comme hiver, vous trouverez de quoi faire !

In winter, the nearby ski resort invites you to ski and snowboard, while countless hiking trails can be explored in summer. 1.5 hrs from Zurich, a beautiful recently renovated single house chalet situated on the piste allowing you to ski-in/ski-out. Large open plan living space with fire and lanscaped garden. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fantastic location, stunning views. Walkable distance to a mountain lake where you can swim. 5 mins to horse riding and 5 mins to restaurants and the Klanghaus . Amazing location for both winter ski and summer walks. 5 mins from the famous Klangweg sound walk.

The 6 room chalet "Chäserrugg" was built in 2018 and is located next to the curling centre. The chalet offers highest living comfort on three floors. In addition to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen and cosy living room with fireplace, you will find a spacious sauna, whirlpool and relaxation room in the basement. A parking space is available in the underground car park. The storage room belonging to the house offers enough space for your further utensils.

Quiet location with best views - all around in nature. The house sits on the Gamserberg at 975 m above sea level adjacent to my farm. With beautiful views of the St. Gallen Rhine Valley and the beautiful mountain scenery all around. Ground floor: Kitchen with wood stove for heating, large living room, terrace and entrance. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and washing machine. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms.

House Gonzenblick

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.
