Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Private accommodation in Regensburg's green area

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

City-close apartment by the park

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

Das Bad ist mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet (keine Waschmaschine integriert). Das Parkhaus am Dachauplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Weiter Stellplätze für Autos sind entlang der Straßen (kostenpflichtig). WLAN ist verfügbar.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

One room studio (18 m2) - 2 minutes to the old stone Bridge in the heart of Regensburg. - Bed (1,40 x 2m) - hanging rail - little table with to chairs - coffee machine (pads) - bathroom with shower and toilet (no hairdryer) - WIFI from 6.30 am till 2.30 am - only public parking (ca. 100 m) - NO breakfast (baker/cafes/bars/restaurants nearby) - check out at around 11 am. - from end of may to end of september radiators will be deactivated.

In a prime location, exclusive and charming 2-room apartment, first floor

Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the first floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters, very comfortable for two, but in the living room the couch can also be converted for two more people to the comfortable queen size double bed.

Roof terrace apartment next to university and hospital

The sunny, well-equipped apartment with its own roof terrace is located in a quiet residential area next to the university and hospital. Both are within walking distance. The center can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. The bus stop is around the corner.

Central city apartment with garden

We offer for rent a charming small studio with a direct access to the terasse and to the garden, near Arnufsplatz, in the old city centre of Regensburg. Although central, it has a very intimate character, perfectly suitable for a romantic weekend.
