From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. Er erstreckt sich über den angrenzenden Wald, in dem sich auch eine Hängematte zur allgemeinen Nutzung befindet. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine eigene separate Terasse mit Ausblick.
