Direkt am Strelasund unweit des Zentrum von Stralsund liegt unsere schöne Ferienwohnung. In weniger als 5 min. sind Sie am Strelasund mit einem kleinen Badestrand. Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet eine geräumige Unterkunft. Ein PKW- Stellplatz steht für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung. Auf der möbl. Außenterrasse kann man den Morgen oder den Abend genießen. Die historische Altstadt mit ihren wunderschönen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nur ca. 1,5 km von der Unterkunft entfernt.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (to the train station on foot approx. 5 minutes). The nearest grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. An opportunity for an extra bed is provided.

It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.
