Our cozy, quiet 1-room apartment is located in the downtown Bockelsberg district. It offers the ideal combination of recreation in the city and nature. The city centre is just under 10 minutes away by bike. University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and baker are just 5 minutes away (on foot). The newly renovated apartment is entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage space for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

Die integrierte Küche umfasst ein Kochfeld, einen Kühlschrank, einen Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und Kochutensilien.
