The city centre and especially the trade fair (about 25 minutes on foot) can be reached quickly and easily by all means of transport. Thanks to its ideal layout, the accommodation is perfect for anyone looking for a centrally located place to feel good. The bathroom is small but very practically furnished. A kitchenette, fridge, French press and toaster are provided.

Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Anreise Tag) Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

You will enjoy a relaxed lifestyle in a quiet, upscale residential area (30-kilometre-per-hour zone), with plenty of parking available nearby at all times. It takes around 15 minutes to get to Nuremberg city centre or the trade fair site, while fields and woodland can be reached in 5 minutes for a walk, a jog or a bike ride. There are only 4 residents in the building, all non-smokers, and they all value peace and quiet. It would be great if you could appreciate this as well.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

The property is located 11 km from Nuremberg, 15 minutes by bus. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Shops serving everyday needs, such as: Kaufland, Rewe, Lidl, Norma, pharmacy, gas station nearby. Sparkasse Bank is also within 2 minutes' walk. The covered roof terrace invites you to linger. The property is centrally located in the old town. In the house, on the first floor, there is an Italian restaurant, which is open until 10 pm.

The 45 m² single-decker apartment is located in the shunting yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The underground can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and a stop from the fair (20 minutes on foot). Playmobil FUN Park is 20 minutes away by car. Sleeps up to 5 people. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.
