Holiday rentals with a patio in Wels

Very nice stay with excellent communication and help from the hosts. Very clean and well equipped home. Quiet, private neighborhood. Mostly walkable but need to know that the restaurants or stores are 15-20 minute walks and you will be walking up hill to return to the house. If you drive to the home it has good parking available next to the home. We are an active family and chose to walk everywhere so the home was great for us. We also chose to eat at home so we found the kitchen perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this home!

David’s place is amazing. It has a terrace to a beautiful view. The apartment is spacious, clean and private. It has everything we need for staying. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

Mein Mann und ich verbrachten eine Woche in Marions schöner, gemütlichen Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige Küche, großes Bett mit guter Matratze. Unbeschreiblich schöner Blick auf den See! Man kann sich gar nicht sattsehen! Marion und ihr Mann sind super nett und haben uns viele Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Auto nicht schlecht, aber auch mit unseren Fahrrädern war alles gut erreichbar. Danke für die erholsamen Tage, liebe Marion!

Zentrale Lage, gemütliche Einrichtung, die durch die vielen Aufenthalte mittlerweile etwas lieblos aussieht. Toller Ausblick über Linz, super ruhige Lage und dennoch schnell in der Stadt und an dem ÖPNV. Kommunikation lief auch super, Klaus hat schnell und präzise geantwortet. Danke!

Beautiful appartement in the countryside and just 30 min drive to Linz. My son and I very much enjoyed staying at Gabriele's place, especially the quiet location, the lovely view out to the garden and that the appartement is sunny and well equipped, not to mention spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Wir waren über Silvester von 2024-2025 in Gmunden. Alles entsprach perfekt der Beschreibung. Gmunden ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage, sodass man alles einfach zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war atemberaubend. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man brauchte und vieles mehr. Gerald ist ein lieber Gastgeber, den man immer um Hilfe bitten konnte und der schnell zu erreichen war, falls man was wissen wollte oder brauchte. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und alles hat super geklappt. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Ausflug und wir hatten einen klasse Start mit schöner Aussicht ins neue Jahr. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir das erleben konnten.

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Umgebung war super schön und ruhig. Würde definitiv wiederkommen ☺️

I highly recommend Philipp and Petra’s apartment. They were extremely helpful and warm hosts. They even helped me with my laundry . It felt like home away from home. The apartment has everything from slippers umbrellas to a variety of teas! I can just go on and on. I highly recommend their place and thank you so much for hosting us.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten jeden Tag im Garten frühstücken, herrlich in der Sonne sitzen und lesen. Der Garten ist wunderschön! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten direkt im Stadtzentrum.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und Gegend! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I loved my stay at Hana's place. She was extremely welcoming and warm. Her place felt like home. It was very convenient for the bus station, about an 8 min walk. Not much further into the town centre. It was nice being out of the hustle and bustle. Her place was tidy, light and airy and comfy. For a two night stay this was just right - at a great price. Hana was helpful with personal recommendations for restaurants and cafes. I would love to stay here again.

We hebben erg genoten van Barbara’s verblijf. Bij aankomst stond Barbara klaar om ons te verwelkomen. Het appartement had precies wat we nodig hadden en de omgeving was prachtig! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Such a dream ! Whole house, garden, bonfire, grillplace, playground and sport activieties- that all for just us , very private property and calm , with wonderful nature around. One of the best experiances and we would deffinetly live to come back again.

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

Stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Auf dem Bett hat man geschlafen wie auf Wolken! Wunderschöner Mix aus modernen Möbeln und schönen alten Schätzen. Perfekt ausgestattet und geräumig. Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum und macht dem Namen der Unterkunft alle Ehre. Die Traun fließt vor dem Fenster und der Siriuskogel ist direkt gegenüber. Am Balkon frühstücken war idyllisch. Netter und persönlicher Empfang bei dem man gute Tipps von locals bekommt. Zu Fuß ist man überall sehr rasch, kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bea und Alexander waren sehr aufgeschlossen und hatten tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen, Parken etc. parat. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Hallstatt. Andreas ist sehr hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Diese Unterkunft kann ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer Top Lage. Stadtplatz nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, Freibad vor der Tür Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beim Discounter gute mit dem Auto zu erreichen. ansonsten lockt die Schärdinger Innenstadt mit ihrem Charme und vielen tollen lokalen. Preis Leistung ist top und die Kommunikation einwandfrei und sehr schnell.

Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war sehr gemütlich. Franziska hat immer schnell geantwortet und mir sogar mit den Lebensmitteln geholfen. Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben! Ich war für 2 Nächte dort und es war wirklich sehr sehr schön.

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything.
