Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Welkenraedt

Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

This was, hands down the best AirBnB experience I've ever had. From the quality of the location and the effort put in the provide privacy and comfort to the friendliness of the host. Jordy has a lovely home and is exceptional at communication and his willingness to assist at any time. I have every intention of returning for quite a while to experience the joys of the region and this will be the only location I plan to stay.

The apartment is clean, spacious, sleek and equipped with every comfort. If you have any questions or problems, Justine responds quickly and in a solution-oriented manner. The kitchen is well equipped, so you don't always have to eat out. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is fine. You have to get used to the traffic noise in the bedroom, but otherwise it is a quiet apartment with an excellent location.

A great apartment with three large bedrooms, each with double beds. In the apartment/kitchen, everything that is needed is available and more. Lots of dishes, glasses, etc. Games, TV/DVD player Balcony to get some fresh air A garage for a car because parking on the street is otherwise chargeable, was great! We always walked 20 minutes into the city because the weather was great. A large Rewe supermarket and bakery 100m away is also super convenient. In this respect, the city centre/old town is easily accessible on foot. The only small drawback is the very small bathroom, but with a separate toilet. All in all, a great apartment, where no wishes were left unfulfilled👍

We loved the apartment and the neighbourhood - lovely shops and restaurants close by. Away from tourist area but easily walkable into town. Hosts were super helpful and met us on early arrival - thank you!

We had a lovely stay at this fabulous property. The house is located within easy access of Aachen. The beautifully manicured grounds are an oasis of tranquility. Our dog loved walking in the grounds and we spotted a deer on one of our walks in the grounds. I would also highly recommend a visit to Maastricht, which is easily negotiated from the Aachen area.We plan to return in the very near future. Thank you once again to Sophia and her husband for their helpful hints on places to visit during our stay.

Together with our dog, we had a great week in this beautiful place in Belgium. Bernard is an incredibly good host, it felt like we had known each other for a long time. All messages were answered within 5 to 10 minutes. There was really nothing missing in the house. Bed was very good, slept well. No noise, clean air, good night's sleep.

Excellent stay, the garden, the nearby environment, the idyllic region. The cottage is very comfortable, very well equipped, decorated with great taste. Michel is very welcoming and gave us a lot of interesting information, restaurants, walks, shops… we will definitely go back

Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. Some comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. And the TV wasn't working well, but it may have been a one-time malfunction. Otherwise very satisfied. Quick responses and flexibility. Beautiful clean house with a beautiful view

We had a lovely extended weekend at Thomas' place in Kelmis. With six friends in a very spacious living space connected to the house. The two dogs there were very lovely and well behaved and we loved their curiosity. We were also able to use his BBQ for which we were very thankful as the weather happened to be very nice and to be able to dine in the garden was really lovely. All in all a great stay!

Excellent stay!! The location is absolutely beautiful. And the place is well stocked with all of the essentials, I would absolutely stay again!

Filip's place is really highly recommended, the house is a dream and the amenities are really great. You will find everything you need. The location is also really nice, you can explore many cities in the area or you can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike. We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for the nice time :)

We spent wonderful days in this beautiful house in the special courtyard of Eggertingen. It is wonderfully quiet and comfortable, with a beautiful garden, complete kitchen, a bathtub and fine beds. We felt at home and welcome thanks to the friendly owners. Arnold gave us an interesting tour that brought the history of the place to life. I can definitely recommend staying here here.

Absolutely amazing stay!Beautiful, new and clean house with everything we needed.Kitchen and bathroom, all supplies are clean and tidy, and it's really comfortable to stay.The location is not far from the bus station, train station, supermarket, about five to seven minutes walk.The balcony is large, you can dine and rest outdoors, and enjoy the scenery.Host Norbert responded kindly and quickly, Christel doesn't speak English, but is very friendly and happy to help us.There is no washing machine in the house, you can ask Christel to help you wash (extra charge).I'm so happy to have a great time at Norbert's house, highly recommended👍👍👍 (and the price is very affordable! Great!)

For us this was a perfect location! Quiet, nature, but also super close to the village where we are surprised by a lot of coziness. The apartment is very unique, it almost felt like sleeping in a museum. So much history and charm. Everything we needed was present and it was super clean and tidy! We'd love to come back!

Stayed at Yves' place in Hasselt a while ago. Very nice appartement with a beautiful view of a small park right in the centre of Hasselt. Yves was very responsive and gave us some extra recommendations. Overall a really great experience and I would definitly book this place again if I revisit Hasselt!

Lovely, peaceful and clean apartment. Georg was very helpful and let us store our tandem. Good supermarket within walking distance and a lovely walk through the park into Aachen city.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Marita’s place. It was bigger than we expected and had recently been remodeled in a very tasteful way. Despite the updates, it still had so much character - it felt like staying in a real home rather than a hotel. Marita is easily one of the most outstanding hosts we’ve encountered in our travels. She made us feel right at home, offered helpful recommendations, and seemed genuinely happy to have us there. We also loved staying in a real part of town rather than the more touristic side of Monschau - it made the experience feel more authentic. We can’t speak highly enough of this place and hope we find ourselves back here someday.

First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.
