Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Ferienhaus! Mit rund 18 qm bietet es Platz für 1-2 Personen. Wir leben in Sanz Hof III - einem Dorf mit rund 25 Einwohnern, das mitten auf den Feldern liegt. Hier ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt wenig Autoverkehr. So ist dieser Ort bestens für eine Auszeit, zum Schreiben oder künstlerischen Arbeiten geeignet. Greifswald ist 20 Km entfernt, zum Ostseestrand in Lubmin sind es 25 Km. Wir freuen uns über Gäste, die die Ruhe und Natur zu schätzen wissen!

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

In the heart of Greifswald's city center, 2 minutes from the large market square, is our elegant apartment with sleeping area, double bed (140 cm wide) which is very cozy and invites you to linger. The apartment is furnished in black and white design. The shower and toilet are separated from each other in one room by a partition. The apartment has a nice entrance corridor. The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the district of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Here I offer my cozy, ground-level, small place to stay. On 46 m² you can feel really comfortable with 2 people. For a third person, the sofa bed (1.20 m) can be used in the living room. The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.

Under the beams of the old listed stone barn in Krebsow, guests are cordially invited to linger: whether cooking together in the detached kitchen or on the large sofas in front of the fireplace.
