Besonders geeignet für Leute die der grossen, lauten Welt entfliehen wollen oder die gerne die Schweizer Bergwelt zu Fuss erkunden möchten. Wer mit dem OeV anreist, geht eine Stunde zu Fuss über einen sehr beliebten Wanderweg (Weesen - Quinten). Wer mit dem Auto ankommt, geht vom Parkplatz in Betlis, nur 15 Min auf diesem Wanderweg (Wanderschuhe mit gutem Profil sind empfehlenswert).

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
