Zwei Tageslicht-Badezimmer und zwei separate Toiletten bieten viel Komfort. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten ist über den Hausflur erreichbar.

The apartments are equipped with everything to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is fully fenced and has a covered barbecue area with charcoal barbecue.

Those looking for peace and relaxation will feel just as comfortable here as the culture enthusiast or active vacationer. Stephan and Michael have created a wonderful apartment with loving attention to detail. Together with Stephan's wife Christiane, we now offer this to guests for a lovely time in Gräfenberg.

nice sunny flat, 86 qm in the first floor, with 2 bedrooms ; view to our old castle Rothenberg; close to the highway to Nürnberg or Bayreuth, but with the charm of the countryside. You reach Nürnberg Messezentrum by car in 25 minutes, to Bayreuth it takes 35 min. Close to the beautiful country side Frankonian Swiss. We don´t charge for Children under 2 y. The beds are made and towels are in the bathroom. No Partys!
