The house has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a covered outdoor seating in the courtyard with barbecue facilities. The yard is fully enclosed, a covered storage section on the side of the house provides the storage of the bikes. The Rose Tree House is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Written Stone Natúrpark, accessible by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where there is a green area, a garden barbecue, and a playground. The building has a panoramic terrace with a great view of the Transdanubia and Kőszegi Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining room (with a fireplace) and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a bedroom gallery upstairs.
