Der große Pool und der Jakuzie sind saisonal von Jan-Okt zu nutzen. Die Sauna ist für bis zu 6 Pers ganzjährig nutzbar. Der Barbeque Grill und die 2 Kamine laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Steigerwald Erfurt (known as 'Steiger' for short) is located opposite and offers an endless expanse of nature, along with associated hiking trails, across an area of around 1,000 hectares. From here, you can walk to the city centre, all of Erfurt's landmarks, cultural attractions, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. If you come by car, you will find free parking along Parkstraße. The tram (Steigerstraße or Milchinselstraße stop) can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes.

Welcome to our lovingly renovated ecological house, a retreat in the middle of Weimar. In just 10 minutes you can walk through the idyllic Ilmpark directly into the old town and still live here quietly, green and completely private. Our house is a former Gagfah house with character and history, which we have carefully expanded and ecologically renovated. It was important to us to preserve the original charm, with natural materials, warm colors and loving details.

In the middle of the city center above the rooftops of Weimar, super centrally located on Herderplatz, the spacious 140 m² 4-room duplex apartment is located in the attic. A large roof terrace overlooking the castle lets the evenings end comfortably with wine. They are located when leaving the house right downtown with many cafes, restaurants and attractions. A baker for the breakfast rolls is right around the corner.
