In a few steps, you are in the hiking and cycling area at the Drei Gleichen with geological features and playgrounds and by car quickly in the Thuringian cultural cities and in the Thuringian Forest.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The creaky stairs lead up to the top floor, where you can settle down immediately in this beautiful town house from 1911 and start your holiday, as the beautiful and the useful are in harmony with each other. For relaxing or jogging, the Erfurt garden exhibition ega, the Luisenpark and the dendrological garden are close by.
