Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Dear Allgäu friends, our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil village of Hasenried away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The apartment is upstairs with great views from the balcony. The balcony can be used all year round, as it is fully equipped with sliding glass windows. Our garden with beautiful pergola is also available for use of our holiday guests. A barbecue or a fireplace can be used on request.

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation.
