Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

Merzhausen Castle East Wing Luxury Apartment

Merzhausen is a perfect, quiet place to relax. Shops in Usingen and Neu-Anspach can be reached in 5 minutes by car. A playground and football field, as well as beautiful places, are within walking distance. There is a golf course nearby. 32 minutes to the trade fair. Everything has been newly renovated. A new bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is a terrace with garden view where you can enjoy the sunrise! We have an additional room and accommodation for more people in the west wing of the house.

Nice 80qm flat at the ground floor, completely new built in 2018, with Sauna, backyard, fire place, bathroom with bathtube and big shower and completely equipped Kitchen. Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Vacation home in Grundweg

The apartment is located right in the heart of Neu-Anspach, in a quiet and central location. A supermarket is just a two-minute walk away, and the train station is also a five-minute walk away. A playground is in the immediate vicinity. The good connection to Bad Homburg, Friedberg and Frankfurt am Main makes it easy to visit other cities. There are numerous leisure activities, such as hiking, cycling or walks in the countryside.

This house is located in the heart of the old town of Wehrheim. Nearby there is also a farm organic shop. The place actually has everything you need to live, yet Wehrheim has retained its village character. In 2 minutes you are in the field and in the forest. The area is perfect for natural leisure activities. In the immediate vicinity, there is an outdoor swimming pool, the Hessenpark open-air museum and the Saalburg.
