Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Hospitality is very important to us! Our cozy and personal apartment is ideal for a short or longer stay in our diverse Mülheim and the surrounding area. Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair city of Essen can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!

Exactly across the Woold-Barlo border is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of a shop and gas station, which started it once. The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse.
