The Spatzennest is a quiet apartment for 2 people, which invites you to relax. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, so there is a cozy indoor climate. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. From the window you can watch the sparrows from spring to summer, as you nest in the neighboring roof and raise your boys. The Spatzennest apartment has 30 m² on the first floor of the renovated side building of the Buschmühle with a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction stove, fridge with freezer and toaster. Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge. If you need a highchair, please contact us. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking and no pets can be brought along.

We would like to welcome you to our cosy holiday apartment in the village of Pleißa, surrounded by greenery. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city centre can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
