Shirley and Fab (and BB!) are wonderful, attentive hosts and make you feel right at home! The house is peaceful and homely with everything you could need and a lovely outdoor space and are very welcome to make use of the kitchen and living areas, with designated space in the fridge and cupboard and access to cooking equipment. I loved the garden area as a shady and tranquil place to relax. The room is perfect with a very comfortable bed and your own bathroom facilities to use down the hall. The area is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to supermarket and is well connected with regular public transport to get into Perth city, Fremantle and local suburbs - bus stops are just a few minutes walk away. Fab and Shirley are very easy going and lovely to chat to and I highly recommend their place as a home away from home!

What a fantastic place. The house was beautiful, exactly as described, and in a fantastic location. Everything about this house was top-notch. We would have stayed longer in a heartbeat :) And there was virtually no need to communicate with the host (Nicole), but when we did it was easy and simple. Thank you for providing your house to myself and my family. We will be looking out for it again when next in Perth.

The host Karen was welcoming. A lovely home with peaceful surroundings and privacy. Spacious and very well laid out with everything you could need. Really happy with our choice to stay here for a week.

We had a great stay in this little granny flat for a month while finding our feet in Perth. Lots of useful electricals - coffee machine, air fryer, TV, PS4, etc. Nice private location round the back of a bigger house, in a nice suburb with a park just around the corner. Big shopping centre and nice pub/restaurant about 10-15 mins walk away. HakYeong was very helpful, always responding really quickly and being proactive with restocking toilet paper etc. Can’t recommend this place enough!
