Great sport to get away from UGA but close enough to get there in no time. Great stay

A lovely little apartment on the edge of town, wake up to the edge of the forest with leafy green light pouring into the bedroom. Around the corner, you can find the Greenway that runs along the river. It's in a sleepy, quiet part of town but only 4 mi items from downtown. Sam was kind and helpful. We loved the wildflowers, art, and unique design.

We had a great stay at Aveline’s place—spacious, spotless, and located in a quiet, new development just a short walk from Publix, restaurants, and shops. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with plenty of private space for four adults. Aveline was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in to make sure everything met our expectations. The area felt safe and peaceful, and I’d absolutely stay again if I’m ever back in town.

The air bnb was exactly as described! Easy to find and perfect for our short wedding weekend. Parking was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

This was our second stay for three of us. We were delighted to be able to return. We had a new fourth person who was delighted with what she experienced. It was great to be familiar with the house and location since two of us arrived about 10:30 P.M. in a thunderstorm. The front porch was great to have so close for unpacking the car in the rain.

Everything was as advertised and then some! I loved the decor and comfortable rooms. So many wonderful books to browse and the back patio is private! Kirk was a wonderful host. The girlfriend reunion was a huge success and they loved the fabulous food at the Expat.

This is one of the cleanest & most adorable Airbnb’s we stayed in. The decor was simple & warm. Every measure was taken to provide comfort & anticipate needs right down to coffee & snacks. There was a large fenced yard with lights, bbq & outdoor seating. The home was perfectly appointed w vaulted main space & 2 bedroom/2bath! The price point was fantastic for a college town on a busy weekend. Literally, the only thing that must be noted is the people in adjacent lot in tents. They were not disruptive, just making themselves at home in a residential area. The owner stated he is taking action to address them. The owner has taken every measure to provide the property with tight security & lights! We would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Athens.

We really enjoyed our stay. Claire really understands how to make things easy on you from a fully stocked kitchen and coffee and soft drinks / water available on arrival to a bluetooth speaker. The house itself had a ton of room and was uncluttered (a big plus). Those “little, big” things make a huge impression. She and Michael were also very helpful all the way around with questions. Would definitely stay again.

It’s more home than our actual home of late— and that’s such a testament to the environment that Jessica has created. That we always find ourselves planning our next trip, crossing our fingers that the room will be available… Each stay has been a dream and I could not ask for more.

The house was perfect for our needs, immaculate, and 100% as described! Lucy is phenomenal and super responsive, very welcoming to our family and super helpful! I cannot speak highly enough of Lucy and her home.

What a charming home! Our family came for our daughter’s wedding & we stayed almost a week! We needed a spacious place to gather and this home is wonderful! It met all our expectations! The comfortable beds, the efficient kitchen, the lovely screened porch, many areas to relax & enjoy. You need to book Brian’s place, you will be happy you did!

This is the second time we have stayed at this Airbnb while visiting UGA. We love the space, location, quiet and walkable neighborhood, and easy access to anywhere on campus. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This apartment is very cute and provided a relaxing environment. There was little noise. The gates at the front entrance and the door locks provided a good sense of safety.

His place was perfect and very cozy. It was well furnished with all modern appliances and decorations giving it a feel of home and is in a convenient location to the UGA campus and the downtown area. Recommend staying here and would do so again in the future.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with good parking facilities. Various restaurants in Athens Downtown are easily accessible. The apartment is very nicely furnished and has a great terrace. Larkin was a very friendly and proactive host and always easy to reach. Hope to come back again!

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
