This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse - the postcode took us to the farm, but the cottages were close by and easy to find. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and there was plenty of space for 10. The kids loved the swimming pool and football field. Highly recommended.

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We definitely struck gold when booking this gem. Thanks so much for all of your support in making this a trip to remember!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

What a wonderful stay at Manor Farm. The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with great food being served in nearby pubs and plenty of places to visit. Great space for youngsters too, with the wildlife - baby rabbits, sheep and birds and of course the swimming pool and games room, all of which they loved. Thanks to the hosts for their welcome and hospitable atmosphere.

Great value for money. Can't stress enough how friendly and reliable the staff were. We had a lovely week stay, the house was clean, the beds were comfy and the scenery was perfect. We were informed of the booking system for the swimming pool and games room, so you could have the room to yourself which was great. The pool was clean, the games room was kept tidy and the house surroundings were really lovely to walk around. You can tell the grounds were well maintained and kept in good shape as the workers never stopped, but were always so friendly. This property is perfect for bike riders, walkers and pub crawlers. You couldn't get bored.

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

a magical stay, that was just what we needed. we had lots of fun wild swimming, using the kayaks, BBQ and lots of lovely walks near by. Great for families or a romantic getaway. We feel we have found a very special place, and hope to come back soon to create more happy memories

We had such a lovely time here - a beautiful location and little touches that made us feel so welcome and at home. A lovely private, peaceful location, ideal enclosed garden space for the dog to run around in and gorgeous views for yoga and meditation outside. It was lovely getting to know Shirley and Maurice too, really was a great stay. We’ve never revisited an Airbnb but are already thinking about coming back - Louie the dog loved it as much as we did 😊

We had a very comfortable stay at Marks little cottage, I only wished we could have stayed longer. All the amenities you need on hand including bread, milk and cereals to help you get energized for a days exploring in the beautiful scenery that surrounds you.

Really lovely place with comfortable beds and a lovely garden. I would highly recommend it. It’s very private and quiet with the garden backing up to a field. We really enjoyed our two nights there with friends.

My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend stay at Easter Cottage. The cottage has so much character and charm, yet is well equipped with up-to-date facilities and everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Although we had rain during our stay in Butterton there was still plenty to do, lots of local walks and visits to nearby Bakewell and Haddon Hall. We would thoroughly recommend it!

We had a great stay at the Clockwork Cottage & Farmhouse. We booked both properties as a party of 7 adults, 8 children and 2 babies. The property was the right size for this group based on the number of bedrooms. We benefitted from using the 2 gardens and living spaces. The spaces were well described on the website with thorough descriptions and looked like the photos. The property is in a beautiful area - very peaceful. We definitely benefited from the sunny weather! The views were stunning. We did have to provide our own baby cots and high chairs so if you are travelling with infants make sure you bring those. There was space for 5 cars to park. The kitchens were well equipped so preparing meals was easy. The communication was good from the host. We did not need to contact them but we were provided with thorough instructions before our stay. It’s a great base for a family/friends break.

Loved our stay in the cottage! Stunning views all around, great footpaths easily accessible from the house, nice touches like fresh eggs/milk/bread on arrival - one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Highly recommend if you would like a peaceful country getaway. Good location for Alton Towers as well if you have a car. Family of four - had more than enough room for all of us (four adults basically). Would have liked to stay much longer. Would definitely book again!

Just beautiful. A tastefully renovated chapel with elegant furnishings and heaps of character. The well-equiped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and we had lots of fun with the board games and cards provided. Ashford is a picturesque village with great dining and drinking options. A perfect spot for our family reunion.

We had a lovely stay at The Honey Pot, the village itself is very peaceful and sits quite high up so the views were amazing. Its location was great for what we wanted to do and has great pubs within a short drive. It is well maintained and kept very clean throughout and the hot tub is great for relaxing at the end of the day. Super comfy bed and pillows and has lovely diffusers spread around the house. Denise’s house was the perfect base for us as we make a quick stop before venturing further north. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, beautifully done up and had such a homely feel. Our kids loved the twin room right on top of the house as it felt really like their own little space with an ensuite. The house had everything we needed and we really appreciate the welcome basket. Denise was very welcoming and responsive. Thanks Denise for making our stay such a lovely one. We look forward to coming back again in future.

Well what can I say… if I could give 100 stars I would! Phillipa was amazing. She was so helpful and supportive to me organising my sisters low key hen do here. We had the most amazing time - the perfect cottage. We made friends with lambs, soaked in the hot tub, chilled and ate pies at the red lion! We really felt at home and it was so so special. Phillipa added so many personal touches and we even got to meet one of her little doggies Stanley. Phillipa we WILL be back! Thank you!!!!

We've just spent a great week exploring and walking this part of the Peak District - staying at Peter's wonderful home Saunters in Darley Dale. Everything about Saunters is perfect - perfect location, quiet and peaceful with wonderful views across the countryside from the lounge and conservatory. Saunters provides a spacious and comfortable home in which to relax and unwind.

So enjoyed our stay at the Old Wash House. Everything was perfect from location to cottage & hosts couldnt have been any more accommodating. So many special touches from the freshly baked warm bread hanging on our door in the morning to the fire lit for our arrival. We loved it all & def hope to return ❤️ 😍

We had just had a lovely stay in church lane cottage . The accommodation was gorgeous and the area full of lovely walks and character . Locals very friendly and host very easy to contact with speedy reply . So peaceful and relaxing . Cannot wait to return , a lovely break thankyou x

Lovely barn conversion in beautiful countryside. We even got to see some new born lambs on the farm. There is plenty to do in the area. Barbara, the host is very helpful and the property is extremely well equipped.
