Monthly Rentals in Wat Ket

I just loved this apartment! It has really high ceilings, huge glass doors, a big open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. It's a very attractive space and I thoroughly enjoyed spending my time there. I was in Chiang Mai working and would have happily stayed in this apartment longer term if I hadn't made plans to move on. It's in a quiet street in a very pleasant area near the river Ping. It's close to the Anantara Resort - you can buy a day pass to use the swimming pool and even work from there as the sunbeds have electric sockets. There is also the exceptionally beautiful Ecole Francaise d'Extreme-Orient (EFEO) library which you can work from (open during the week). L'Opera is very good french bakery and the coffee from Buncha's Slow Bar is the best. I didn't find the air con noise to be a problem. It's big and blasts a lot of cold air, so it is loud, but you don't need it on all that much. The flat is cool by design. Also thank you to Yada for being a very helpful and kind host!

i forgot my keys inside and they were there in 5 minutes to help me get in. when i had questions their response was immediate. great stay! thank you 🙏🙏

We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days at the end of April 2025. We actually stayed at a different unit in the building owned by the same host in the same building, and we had wonderful experiences in both. The space is large - bigger than what we have been used to at this price point in SE Asia. The bed was really comfortable, and we appreciated having the shower area separate from the toilet area. Everything was super clean, and there were not any strange smells. Longer visits here would be totally manageable here. The surrounding area has everything you could want for everyday shopping, and it’s only about a 10 minute walk to Old City. There was some light construction noise from next door during the day, which the host did warn us about. During our stay it was barely noticeable. One con could be the fact that it is on the 3rd floor, and there is not an elevator. Not an issue for able bodies, but something to note. Enjoyed this unit just as much as the other one! Good stay.
