The uniqueness of Baan U Sabai is an original Thai construction called “wood-joint technique” which is rare to find nowadays. It is the ancient Thai wisdom of building a house using no nail or spike, but joining each wooden part together firmly which is the best characteristic of teakwood. Apart from toughness, having an environmentally friendly architecture is our major intention. The design of wooden building allows the air to ventilate smoothly. The air flows well all day, so the guests can relax at the private patio inside a room or common areas with the gentle breeze. There are lobby area and outdoor salted water chlorination pool that all guests can share and spend time chilling all day. As i also have Thai restaurant in the old city called " Kangsadan Bar & Restaurant", you will not see me all day at my place. However, my staffs are pleased to assist you 24/7 and if you need my help ,please text me right away! The city center is a short journey away in a traditional tuk-tuk, and staff can also arrange local bicycles and motorbikes hire. There are many restaurants, bars, and cafes within easy reach. The hotel is also very convenient for the airport. There are many interesting place around our place such as •The Central Chiangmai Airport Shopping Mall which is 5 minute by walk from our place •The Saturday Walking Street which is 10 minute by walk •7/11 and a nice coffee cafe which is 5 minute by walk •The Old Town which is 10 minute by taxi or tuk tuk We offer a free “drop off” transfer service to the airport from 08:00-20:00 hrs. :) Please make a reservation in advance.
