Great comfortable place with plenty of needed amenities needed for a family get together for a local graduation. Kitchen was very well stocked for our meals. Bedrooms comfortable and family room area was perfect for socializing. Plenty of seating and comfortable. Washer and dryer a plus. We didn’t use the patio. Peaceful safe walkable local neighborhood. Several grocery stores and beer/wine stores within a mile and half. Nice place.

Osman’s place was perfect for what my family needed. It’s in a great neighborhood with any and everything we needed. The place was spacious, clean and had a modern feel to it. We all had a pleasant and comfortable stay over weekend. The customer service and communication he provided was impeccable. Would definitely recommend to any folks traveling to or through town!

We had an amazing stay! In town for our annual family fishing trip on he Detroit River and this was the perfect base camp. My Grandmother was able to prepare the finest meals imaginable thanks to the well equipped kitchen and space. We had one minor issue with the fridge during our stay but Brittany jumped into action and had it fixed up within a few hours. The space allowed us to rest well, share laughs in the common areas and all sit at the dinner table. It was perfect for our needs and very well managed. Thank you again Brittany!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

The place was spacious and had lots of fun games available. The little theater room was great and even had a game console with games available to use. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with nice extra amenities (popcorn, snacks and a full bathroom kit in case you need it). Definitely plan on booking this place again when the pool opens!

Great place for my young son and I to explore Detroit on Spring Break. Safe neighborhood and parking in private driveway was great. The upstairs den was a surprising hit! House is decorated nicely.

This renovated Farmhouse was great for my family of 5. Each person got their own bedroom and the hot tub was a hit with the kids. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. Was a great central location when our days took us to Ann Arbor, Detroit, and Northville.

Very nice place for a couples getaway.. Close to so many great things to do. We appreciate all the effort that Scott put in to make everything seamless and easy!! We would love to stay again soon!

Perfect stay for my family of 5. Close proximity to University of Michigan campus, where we attended graduation. Within 10-15 minutes driving distance to center of town with all its restaurants and shops. Krogers nearby. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Loved sitting out on the front porch to watch the birds and see the beautiful trees, very peaceful. Thank you José and Anna!

Fabulous! What a beautiful house and a great location. Truly a favorite of all of our Airbnbs. House was well decorated, comfortable and well stocked. A great location in the city and along the river. We walked into town every day! I wish we had more time to relax and enjoy this space. We appreciate the owner’s responsiveness and to allowing us to stay past checkout to accommodate my conference calls.

Our stay in Chelsea was great! The house was perfect for a family with kids and even has all the small touches that most Airbnbs don’t (like step stools for kids, books for bedtime, and extra chargers in case you forgot something). House is super walkable and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It is not far from the train tracks, but we didn’t find the noise bothersome at all.

An amazing space and host, we were old friends having a reunion and are happy we could reconnect in Linda’s space. Great walkable location, great vibes, and very responsive host. Thank you!

Absolutely immaculate, welcoming, beautifully located home, exactly as described in the listing. Don't be deterred by the fact that it's on an unpaved road; Ann Arbor has many such roads in the center of the city. Yolanda has put many nice touches in the house, including helpful signs throughout the house regarding extra linens, climate control, fire pit instructions, TV info, and almost everything else we could imagine. it is tastefully and practically furnished, without the unnecessary number of knick knacks too many owners feel compelled to display. We gave it five stars only because six seven or eight stars are not possible!

We stayed in The Little Big House for two nights when my daughter graduated from U Michigan. It couldn't be a more perfect house. We enjoyed seeing the pictures of Sierre and her family renovating the home. The work that they put in has certainly paid off! It is obvious that Sierre pays close attention to detail. The multi-port chargers throughout the house and the adjustable work desks made it easy to attend virtual work meetings. My wife and kids loved the foosball table and the shuffle board court in the basement! We also enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the front porch. The location is within walking distance to so many Ann Arbor restaurants and points of interest. I definitely would recommend The Little Big House to anyone staying in Ann Arbor.

Stayed at Matthew's house for graduation and it was perfect! Walkable location to the Big House and Crisler. His place was comfortable, (especially the beds!), extremely clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Matthew was extremely accommodating with our last minute change to our check-in date and very responsive. Could not recommend his place more!

We had a group of 8 stay the weekend for an EMU baseball series. Place was very clean and comfortable. Didn’t feel cramped at all. 3 full bathrooms was awesome to have. Kitchen was stocked well beyond what anyone would need. Beds were comfortable. Robert was very easy to communicate and deal with. Our stay was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

From the time we pulled up and opened the door to chocolates and socks....the view is absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about this retreat.... I travel a lot and for the first time I could relax without having to clean or anything else during vacation. WE WILL BE BACK GREAT HOST WITH EVERY ACCOMMODATION YOU CAN THINK OF 10_10

Lori 's place was perfect for our needs! Having the bedrooms all on the main level was perfect. Her kitchen, stocked spices, pot&pans, and cooking gadgets made it enjoyable to cook "at home" when we wanted. The coffee options were greatly appreciated! While we didn't use them during this stay, we hope to stay again and take advantage of the home's games cabinet and outside activities (sidewalk chalk, jumpropes, football and frisbee).
